Donating to Vintage Purples
The Vintage Purples Alumni Club has two major functions:

To keep our members engaged with the Purple Side and the Alumni Association.

We do this throughout the year via Facebook, Instagram, the Cow Tale Quarterly, and vintagepurples.com as well as through special events, which are held during the College Night season. These events include the thanksgiving potluck dinner, college night student/alumni dinner, College Night welcome dinner, VPAC homecoming brunch and business meeting, and the Saturday tailgate and shows.

To work alongside the University to preserve and enhance the game of College Night.

Our club wishes to give back to the University and the side that we love so well. Currently we are focused on raising donations for the College Night Endowment Fund, of which you can find more information below. The Vintage Purples have raised over $15,000 for the fund!

How might my donation be used?

- All official Vintage Purple events such as the Homecoming Brunch (we want to keep these free to attendees, and your generosity will help us achieve that goal)

Can I specify which Vintage Purples initiatives receive my donation?
When you submit a donation to the University, you may direct that donation to Vintage Purples (Acct#36217). To earmark your donation within Vintage Purples, you must email vintagepurples@gmail.com and request that it is directed to a specific initiative. We will work to make sure that your donation is used as designated.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes! You will receive tax information from the University the same as you have in the past. However, now you can give to the Vintage Purple Alumni Club!
Three types of tax-deductible gifts you can make to the Vintage Purples Alumni Club:
ONE TIME GIFT
- Select the box “Make a single gift” and select an amount or click “other” to insert the donation level that you would like to make.
- Select “The Vintage Purple Alumni Club” under the Designation section. We will earmark your donation for the CN Endowment Fund.
MONTHLY ONGOING GIFT
- Select the box “Make a single gift” and select an amount or click “other” to insert the donation level that you would like to give on a monthly basis.
- Then check the box “Make this a monthly gift”
- Select “The Vintage Purple Alumni Club” under the Designation section.
PLEDGE TO GIVE
- - Select the box “Pledge to Give” and select an amount or click “other” to insert the donation level that you would like to make.
It will populate a field labeled “Pledge Duration” that will allow you to select how many months you would like to pay off the pledge.
- Select “The Vintage Purple Alumni Club” under the Designation section.
